Cheesecake filling
1 stickbutter
melted
1can pumpkin puree
3 cupspowdered sugar
3eggs
1 x 8 ozcream cheese
melted
2 tsppumpkin pie spice
Crust
Instructions
Start with the crust
Step 1
Melt 1 stick of butter & mix in 1 box of cake mix & 1 egg. Press that crust into a sprayed 9 × 13 baking dish. Set aside.
Make cheesecake filling
Step 2
Melt another stick of butter, add one can of pumpkin puree. Then, wisk in 3 cups powdered sugar a little at a time & 3 eggs.
Step 3
Next, melt 1 block of full fat cream cheese. Wisk it in thoroughly so there are no chunks.
Step 4
Lastly, add 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Pour the whole thing over the crust and bake at 350° for about 45-50 min. You want it to be a little bit jiggly in the center.
