Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the 2 cups of flour with the salt and pepper.

Step 2
In a small pouring jug mix oil and water.
En una jarrita mezclar el agua y el aceite.
Step 3
Slowly add the liquids to the dry ingredients, incorporating with a spatula.
Lentamente agregar los líquidos a los ingredientes secos, incorporándolos con una espátula.

Step 4
Flour a working surface and knead the dough for 3 minutes. Add more flour if it’s too sticky. Dough must remain elastic, not tough. Enharinar la mesada y amasar por 3 minutos. Agregar más harina si la mezcla es pegajosa. La masa de quedar elástica, no dura.
Step 5
Split dough in 2/3 and 1/3 balls. Use the 2/3 for the base and the 1/3 for the lid. Roll balls with a rolling pin to about 4mm thickness. Separar la masa en 2/3 y 1/3 y hacer bolas. Usar la bola de 2/3 para la base y la de 1/3 para la tapa. Estirar la masa con un palo de amasar hasta un espesor de aproximadamente 4mm
