Instructions
Step 1
1 - Mix all dry ingredients together, cover with a cloth and leave overnight
Step 2
2 - Allternately add the Lemon, Eggs and Brandy to the dry mix, add a little milk if necessary to prevent mixture being too stiff and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Fill greased basin to within an inch off the top, cover with greased paper and tie securely with string.
Step 4
Steam for 6 to 8 hours according to size.
