Instructions
Step 1
Boil the sweet potato pieces until tender.
Step 2
Steam garlic until tender.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 4
Place potatoes and garlic in large bowl and mash. Gradually add milk and continue to mash. Add paprika, salt thyme and parsley and mix.
Step 5
Let cool, and then place mixture into a piping bag. Pipe 8 mounds.
Step 6
Sprinkle each mound with panko crumbs
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Take the mounds out and let cool. Drizzle balsamic glaze on each mound
