Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large mixing bowl combine the corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, and butter.
Step 3
Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish or a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
Step 5
Top with shredded cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
