Cornbread Casserole

This is one of my favorite dishes. My sister always makes it for Thanksgiving and I love it. It's easy to make and it's delicious. If you love cornbread and corn you will love this dish. You can add extra cheese to your liking.

Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter
Step 2
Pour into a greased casserole dish. A tin foil pan works perfectly as well.
Step 3
Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4
Finish by adding cheddar cheese on top and return to oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted
