Ingredients

1 Rotisserie Chicken

1 Stick of Butter
1 stickbutter
2 CupsRed Lobster Biscuit Mix
2 Cups Chicken Stock
2 cupschicken stock
1 CanCream of Chicken W Mushroom Soup
2 Cups of Milk
2 cupsmilk
1 Bag of Frozen Peas
1 BagFrozen Peas
1 Bag of Frozen Corn
1 bagfrozen corn
1 Can Mushrooms
1can mushrooms
2 TspSPG

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°
Step 2
Melt one stick of butter in the bottom of a 9 x 16“ baking dish
Step 3
Combine 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (including seasoning). Whisk until smooth.
Step 4
After butter is completely melted, remove baking dish from the oven and spread shredded chicken in the bottom of the dish.
Step 5
Pour the milk and cheddar Bay biscuit mix over the chicken. Do not mix or stir. Just cover the chicken.
Step 6
Add your vegetables. Spread them evenly through the mixture. Again, do not stir!
Step 7
Combine 2 cups of chicken broth and one can of cream of chicken with mushrooms soup. Whisk them together and then pour the mixture over the other ingredients. Again, do not stir!
Step 8
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic mixture over the top of the entire meal.
Step 9
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes
Step 10
Remove from oven and allowed to sit for five minutes. Serve and enjoy!
