Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Microwave riced cauliflower for 10 minutes stirring at 5 min mark
Step 3
Mix in 1/3 mozzarella, parmesan, egg, seasoning, salt
Step 4
Form mixture in a circle 1/4 inch thick on parchment paper and bake until edges are brown. About 20 minutes.
Step 5
Top crust with remaining mozzarella, tomato sauce and pepperoni.
Step 6
Bake until cheese is melted. About 7 minutes
