Instructions
Step 1
Once rolls are shaped, let them rest, covered, for 45 minutes before baking
Step 2
Preheat oven to 445 F with a vessel of water in the bottom to create steam as it preheats
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes, with steam in. Remove water, bake another 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. ( lowest rack works the best)
