Pre heat your oven to 180°C and Grease your pan.

In a bowl, add the peeled bananas and mash them until smooth( if you like chunks in your banana bread, do not mash completely). Use a fork, potato masher, stand, or hand mixer for this.

In that same bowl, add your oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla essence, then mix

In a separate bowl, mix all your dry ingredients( flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar).

Pour the dried ingredients into the wet mix, then combine( do not over mix).

Add your chocolate chip and gently combine.

Pour the mixture into the Greased Pan and place it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8
After 40 minutes, insert a skewer to check if it is ready. If the skewer comes out clean, then your banana bread is ready!
Step 9
Allow to cool for 10 mins in the pan, then transfer to the cooling rack.
Step 10
Serve with ice cream, juice, or smoothie😊❤️
