Instructions
Step 1
Place the parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, half the olive and red wine vinegar and the lime juice in a food processor.

Step 2
Pulse until finely chopped. You don’t want the mixture completely smooth, but the texture should be slightly chunky.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and add in the additional sauce ingredients. Stir to combine and leave in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4
Next, slice your steak into bite size pieces and add to a medium bowl.

Step 5
Add in the lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

Step 6
Mix together and let marinate in your fridge for 4-6 hours (or until you lose patience).
Step 7
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

Step 8
Remove steak from the marinade and arrange in a single layer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes after cooking.

Step 9
Arrange your tacos by adding your air fryer steak, then a few slices of avocado, red onion, cotija cheese, cilantro, and finish with some of the chimi sauce. Enjoy!
