Instructions

Step 1
Find about a 8 to 10 pound bone in portioned ham
Step 2
Cut off excess fat and skin. Then score the ham.
Step 3
Add mustard and rub. Put ham on elevated wire rack and add 1 to 2 cups of water in the bottom of aluminum foil pan.
Step 4
Smoked at 250 degrees for 6 hours or until internal is 165, spray with butter oil after 3 hours and turn.
Step 5
In a pot add the glaze recipe and warm it on medium heat until until Preserves dissolve. Then pour over ham.
Step 6
Add can of pineapple slices. Cover with foil and adjust heat to 350 and cook until internal is 203. Then remove and vent foil let rest for minimum of 1 hour best at 2 to 3.
