Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl.
granulated sugar1 ½ cups
salt1 tsp
ground cinnamon2 tsp
ground ginger1 tsp
ground cloves½ tsp

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in Pumpkin and milk. Slowly add dry ingredients.

Pour into pie shells

Bake at 425F for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350F and bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
