Instructions
Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Step 2
Beat in egg, vanilla, and half of cake mix until smooth.
Stir in remaining cake mix.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Step 3
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll about 1/4 of the dough at a time to 1/8 inch thick on floured counter.
Cute with round cutter.
Place half of the rounds on ungreased baking sheet, spoon 1/2 tsp of filling on each. Cut 1/2 inch x in center of remaining rounds and place on filling and press sides together.
Step 4
Bake 10 minutes or until very light brown around edges.
