Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a small square baking tin with parchment
Step 2
Seperate the creamy inside from the biscuit and set aside.
Step 3
Add the butter to a large microwave safe bowl and heat in short increments until melted
Step 4
add the sugar, yoghurt and vanilla extract and beat until paled and creamy
Step 5
In a separate bowl, add the flour, Protein Powder baking powder and salt and stir through. Add this to the wet ingredients, followed by the milk and fold until a thick, smooth batter. Crush half the biscuits and fold them into the batter.
Step 6
melt half the white chocolate with the insides of the custard creams in the microwave
Step 7
Spoon into prepared tin, then add dollops of the melted white chocolate mixture onto the brownies and push down slightly. Finally break the remaining biscuits into small pieces, scatter over the top, then bake for 15-18 minutes
Step 8
Melt the other half of the white chocolate and drizzle over the cooked brownies after they're cooked
