Instructions

Step 1
Peel the eggs, cut each in half, and gently remove the yolks.
Step 2
Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, chia seeds, and turmeric in a small bowl. Spoon a little of the mayonnaise mixture into each egg white.
Step 3
Place the stuffed eggs on a plate and accompany with the strips of green pepper.
