Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberry sauce, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
2. Spread 1/4 of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Arrange 1/4 of arugula in an even layer overtop each. Then, layer 2 slices of havarti on each (cutting slices to fit) and finish each with several slices of turkey.

3. Roll up tortillas tightly, making sure there are no gaps. Place them seam-side down on a platter.

4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (and up to overnight), until the cream cheese spread is firm.
Step 5
5. When ready to serve, cut off the ends and slice into 1 inch pinwheels. Secure each with a toothpick. Refrigerate any leftovers.
