Yummy dish I decided to try and make one day. It's spicy and filling! This dish has been a fan favorite at family functions and dinners!

Step 1
Using a large skillet, heat to medium heat and add in red wine vinegar. Sauté onions and peppers for 5-8 minutes. Slice smoked sausage into small rounds and add into skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes Add in cayenne pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and mix well. In a separate pan, cook cauliflower rice on low-medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes with lid and mix in between. Combine all ingredients into skillet, mix well and enjoy!
