Step 1
Microwave potatos in wrapper on high 6-8 minutes (caution, that's a hot potato); carefully cut in half, then set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high; pat meat dry, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sear 2-3 minutes undisturbed until browned; flip meat over and sear 2-3 minutes more for medium-rare (for more well done, increase cook time 1-2 minutes per side); set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt and pepper and sauté 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 5
Add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover and steam 3-5 minutes more until tender.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
