Creamy chicken stew

Was fantastic

Bulked out a little to serve 4 adults and a child - used a 10 pack of chicken thighs, 4 leeks, and extra peas. I also subbed crème fraiche with natural yoghurt. It turned out pretty good!

Boneless thighs best If scaling down, use plenty of stock Can substitute creme fraiche for sour cream Don't overdo it on the seasoning or mustard!

Added Italian and Herb seasoning, Garlic powder and Onion powder. Omitted the peas.

Not really a one pot meal but still quite easy and delicious. I added a carrot for nutrition and could have browned the chicken more but will definitely make it again.

Done in slow cooker for 3 hours on high. I added carrots as only had one leek. Added parsley at the end. Served with mash.

Notes on the recipe say the sauce was too thin, but I just cooked it down without a lid and it was lovely and creamy. Added some garlic and some tarragon and served with new potatoes
