Company Pot Roast

* 2nd x I made this roast too well done/over cooked- also remember to half the amount of tomatoes!!! 1st x-Roast was over done for my taste. Also I added small potatoes quarted and they were under cooked. In the future I will pull the meat at 140°F max and cook potatoes/veggie longer.

Unfortunately this is the third time I have made this recipe without it lasting long enough to get a picture. Everyone loves it! This pot roast recipe is tender, moist, and full of flavor. If you make it once, it will be hard to make any other pot roast recipes without wishing you went with this go-to.
