Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan, add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 min. Add mince, season well, break up with wooden spoon and cook until coloured.
Step 2
Add 5 spice and sauces and cook over high heat until beef starts to crisp, don't move too much as you want that crisp.
Step 3
Add in frozen veg(heat in microwave to thaw), season and cook for 3-4 mins. Move meat mix to the side of the pan and pour in eggs, scramble and then mix through.
Step 4
Mix in cooked rice and add soy sauce.

Serve and enjoy:)
