Instructions
Step 1
Fish: pat fish dry and apply on baking pan. Add all your seasoning on both sides and add butter. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes. Then broil for 1 minute.
Step 2
Grits: using a measuring cup, add 2 ounces of milk to your pot. Then add 2 packets of grits. Mix while adding the grits. When it comes to a slight boil add you butter and seasonings. Then add your cheese.
