Instructions
Step 1
Pierce the pork with a fork; rub with liquid smoke and salt. Place the pork in a slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the pork is tender and easy to shred.
Step 2
Remove the pork; shred with 2 forks. Strain the cooking juices; skim the fat. Return the pork to the slow cooker. Stir in enough juices to moisten; heat through
Step 3
If desired serve over rice
