Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven according to the fish stick package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare the sriracha mayo by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Warm the tortillas in batches in a microwave or dry skillet until soft and pliable. Stack them and keep them covered with a clean kitchen towel to stay warm.
Step 4
Bake the fish sticks according to package instructions until crispy and cooked through. This usually takes around 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
While the fish cooks, shred the cabbage and chop the cilantro. Slice the avocados and set aside.
Step 6
Once the fish sticks are done, flake them into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
Step 7
To assemble the tacos, spread a generous dollop of sriracha mayo (for those who enjoy spicyness) on each tortilla. Top with avocado slices, shredded cabbage, flaked fish, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
Step 8
Squeeze lime wedges over each taco for extra zing, and enjoy!
