Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, garlic, chives, and lime. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add coleslaw to the dressing and toss until evenly coated. Set aside and let the flavors come together while you prepare the shrimp.
Step 3
In a medium bowl big enough to fit the shrimp later in the process, add the melted butter and hot sauce and whisk until combined.
Step 4
Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until crispy. About 5-6 minutes. This can also be done in an oven by cooking the shrimp according to package directions.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and warm tortillas.
Step 6
When the shrimp is done cooking, add to the butter and hot sauce mixture. Season with salt and toss to coat.
Step 7
To assemble the tacos, add shrimp to the corn tortillas, top with the coleslaw mixture and a squeeze of lime.
