Ingredients

300 gramsall purpose flour
¾ cupmilk
warm, plus more
1 heaping tbspsugar
4 tbspsbutter
softened
1 tspsalt
1 ¾ tspinstant dry yeast
1egg yolk
for the toppings
Instructions
Step 1
In a stand mixer, mix together flour, milk, sugar, salt, and yeast until combined.
Step 2
Add the softened butter and mix for 10-15 minutes in medium-high.
Step 3
Once mixed, cover and let sit until doubled.
Step 4
For the garlic butter, mix together the garlic, spices, chives, and butter. Set aside.
Step 5
Once doubled, roll the dough out and cut into triangles. Fill with cheese.
Step 6
Roll up the triangles and place in a greased pan.
Step 7
Cover them, and let sit until doubled in size again.
Step 8
Once risen, coat each roll with an egg wash (egg yolk and a splash of milk mixed together).
Step 9
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Step 10
Remove from oven and top with garlic butter.
