⅓ cupbrown butter
½ cupmilk
warm
¼ cupsugar
1 tspvanilla
2eggs

1 tspsalt
3 cupsbread flour
2 tspinstant yeast

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk to combine your brown butter, milk, sugar, eggs, and salt. Make sure that the mixture is warm so that the yeast activates.
Step 2
Add your flour and instant yeast. If kneading by hand, mix the dough with a wooden spoon until it comes together, then oil your hands and knead for about 12 minutes or until the dough is tacky to touch. If using a stand mixer with a hook attachment, knead for about 6 minutes. Cover and allow the dough to rest for about an hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Step 3
In the meantime, make your cinnamon sugar mixture by combining the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4
Remove your dough from the bowl and roll into a long rectangle. Brush the dough with the brown butter (don’t brush the ends), and evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll the dough into a log, and cut in to two long-way where you can see the layers of filling. Braid the two doughs, and place in a buttered loaf pan to rise for another 30-45minutes.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit while your dough is proofing. Brush lightly with an egg wash and bake for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container!
