Step 1
Set the instant pot to Sauté add meat onion and 1 tsp olive oil and add all seasoning and brown meat on all sides. Once the meat is fully browned add 8 cups water. Close the instant pot and pressure cook for 30 minutes then quick release. Combine tomato sauce tomato paste and one cup of meat broth from the instant pot and whisk until paste is dissolved. In a skillet heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil and add frozen okra sauté until golden brown. Sauté crushed garlic in a teaspoon of olive oil until golden brown and add okra tomato mixture and browned garlic to the instant pot and pressure cook for five minutes then quick release and serve with rice or pita bread.
