Step 1
Peel the potatoes and put them in a pot with water. Heat up the water until boiling and leave the potatoes inside to soften.
Step 2
After the potatoes have softened, put them inside a big bowl. Crack the eggs and pour their inside into the same bowl. Mash and mix the potatoes and eggs together.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, oil, self-raising flour, canned corn, and chicken soup powder to the mix, and mix it all up.
Step 4
Pour the mix into a baking dish, and into the oven for around 30 minutes.
