Ingredients

3 sheetssushi nori seaweed
4sticky white rice bowls
microwavable

cream cheese

shrimp
Small, fully cooked

10 ozromaine
chopped

8 ozsalmon
skin on

ranch

soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Cut Nori Sheet into 4 quarters. Scoop about 2 TBS rice onto each quarter. Top with cream cheese and shrimp. Roll up Nori quarters and cut into little baby sushi rolls. Repeat process with 2 more sheets of Nori.
Step 2
Cook frozen salmon in microwave for about 5 minutes, or until done. Shred salmon.
Step 3
Whisk about a quarter cup ranch with soy sauce to taste.
Step 4
Combine romaine lettuce, mini sushi rolls, shredded salmon, extra sticky rice, and ranch mixture in a large bowl. Toss well and serve.
