Instructions
Step 1
The main ingredients are soba noodle and seaweed paper. You can change toppings i side. I made egg roll with egg and air-fried frozen shrimp tempura.
Step 2
Cook soba noodle in boiling water and rinse with cold water to use. (I recommend cooking 1 minute less than usual.) On the seaweed paper, spread the noodles and add toppings onto it.

Roll them just like when you make kimbap / sushi roll. Cut them into bite-sized pieces :) For the sauce, mix tsuyu and water by 1:1 ratio.
