Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until everything is properly distributed.
Step 3
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs using an electric mixer. Add the granulated and light brown sugar then continue mixing until fully blended.
Step 4
Add the vegetable oil, fresh milk, and vanilla extract then continue mixing until the texture becomes smooth.
Step 5
Put-in the flour-baking soda-cinnamon-baking powder-salt mixture then continue mixing using low speed.
Step 6
Fold in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 8
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Let the cake cool before frosting it with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
