Quick 5 Ingredient Chocolate Cream Puffs

This is my go to dessert when I have a group of people coming and very little time . I use store bought puff pastry as it’s such a great time saver and cream and melted chocolate . So easy but delicious .

Instructions

Step 1
Roll out store bought Puff Pastry then slice it down the Middle lengthways . Now cut into 16 little slices . Bake at 200c/400 f fan pre heated oven for about 12 minutes or until they are puffed and golden
Step 2
Once slightly cooled cut each pastry in half then melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler . If the chocolate is very thick just add a tiny bit of oil to thin it out. Now dip the tops in the chocolate tap the excess off and put on a wire rack
Step 3
Wash dry and slice the strawberries in half then put a half on the middle of each puff pastry slice and let to dry
Step 4
Whip cream in a cold bowl with cold whisks and add the powdered sugar then whip until fluffy . You can simply skater it on with a knife or use a star nozzle and pastry bag and pipe it on in a six zag pattern to make it look pretty .Serve immediately and enjoy
