Instructions
Step 1
- Soak the hulled wheat for 2 hours, drain the water and rinse.
Step 2
- Put the drained wheat in a pot and add water to cover.
Step 3
- Let it cook in low to medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4
- Add 1 L of whole milk and mix.
Step 5
- Mix one tbsp of starch and one tbsp of milk and add to the pot.
Step 6
- Add 1 cup sugar, mix.
Step 7
- Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix.
