Instructions
Step 1
In a pot over medium high heat, begin heating your oil
Step 2
White your oil gets hot, chop your onion
Step 3
To your hot pot, add garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant
Step 4
Add flour and cook until you can no longer see white
Step 5
Add broth and stir
Step 6
While the broth heats up, chop your broccoli and shred your carrots. Or get pre cut and pre shredded veggies
Step 7
Add veggies to your pot, season, and stir
Step 8
Add heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer
Step 9
Slowly mix in your shredded cheese and cream cheese
Step 10
Once melted, let sit on low for 10 minutes before serving. Add seasoning as needed
