Instructions

Step 1
Add the butter, cocoa powder, sugar and syrup to a saucepan and melt on medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Crush or blitz the digestives and crackers and pour into the mixture. Add the fruit and mix before pouring into a grease lined baking tray and flattening down.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and additional 30g of butter over a double boiler. If you want softer chocolate, add up to 45ml of milk.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate over the base and smooth out before placing in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours to set.
