Fluffy Yogurt cake

Similar in texture to a japanese cheesecake: its very fluffy. But, its a bit healthier since there is no oil or butter used in this recepie.

Instructions

Part A

Step 1
Whisk the egg white in a bowl until it is white.

Add the lemon juice to the egg white

In small batches, add the sugar while whisking until it forms stiff peaks

Part B

In another bowl, mix the yolk whit the yogurt
Step 5
When well mixed, put a sifter on thw bowl, add the flour
Step 6
Mix the sifted flour to the mixture

Part C

Step 7
Take ½ of the white mixture and fold it very gently into the yolk mixture
Step 8
When well mixed, put the second half of white peaks in the mixture and fold it gently
Step 9
Put the mixture in a molde 6" and 4"

Baking

Step 10
Prepare a water bath in the oven
Step 11
1) at 300°F for 25 minutes
Step 12
2) at 280°F for 30 minutes slowly
Step 13
3) finally cook at 400°F for 5-10 minutes until the top is a bit hard
