Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 8" square or 9" round pan.
Step 2
Beat all ingredients except topping in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
Step 3
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool slightly. Spread topping over cake. Set oven control to broil. Broil about 3" from heat about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
