1 packageCarrot Cake mix
½ cupwater
½ cupoil
or Puritan
3eggs
½ cupnuts
finely chopped
1 x 8 ouncecrushed pineapple
can, undrained
Frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Spread batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan.
Step 4
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Frost when fully cooked with cream cheese frosting.
Frosting
Step 5
Mix cream cheese and lemon juice until well blended.
Step 6
Stir in one can of vanilla frosting. You can also use regular cream cheese frosting.
