Step 1
1) Wash collard greens 3 times with water and white vinegar. Pick out bad and large stems
Step 2
2) Boil 2 cups of water with bacon in large pot for 15 minutes.
Step 3
3) Add the washed greens, butter, sugar and salt to pot and cover.
Step 4
4) Cook on medium low hear until the greens get tender
