Cut the tomatoes in half, then slice them. Put in one bowl with green onions, add salt to taste and mix it carefully.

Cut French bread into larger cubes. Preheat 2 tbsp. of oil over medium heat in a skillet, add French bread cubes and fry until beautifully brown in color. Don’t forget to stir while frying. Add another 1 or 2 tbsp. of oil if necessary.
Step 4
Transfer bread cubes on a plate to cool down. Then mix together with tomatoes. Serve right away. Enjoy!

>> Fried bread cubes should be mixed with tomatoes only before serving, otherwise the bread will become very soft.
