Instructions
Step 1
Bring 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cube butter and 3 tablespoons of cocoa to a full boil stirring often...then let boil for 1 minute while stirring.
Step 2
Before you start the cooking have 3 cups of QUICK oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla at the ready.
Step 3
At the end of the 1 minute at full boil add peanut butter and stir it in vigorously...remove from heat...add vanilla and then 2 1/4 cups of the oats mixing fast and well.
Step 4
Drop onto foil or wax paper immediately
Step 5
This recipe is to make perfect cookies at 7200 feet
