Instructions
Step 1
Using 2-2.5 tbsp of the salt and pepper coat the roast
Step 2
Sear the roast creating a crust in the instant pot or in a pan using 2 tbsp of olive oil
Step 3
Mix braising liquid in a blender and pour into instant pot
Step 4
Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes per pound with a natural release (or 20 minutes). Cook in the slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours.
