7 ounceschipotle sauce

1 cupbeef broth

126-inch corn tortillas

3 tablespoonsavocado oil

3 cupsshredded monterey jack cheese

½ cuppico de gallo

2 tablespoonscilantro

Instructions
Step 1
Place the beef roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the diced onion, garlic cloves, and bay leaves.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and oregano and then sprinkle on the roast.
Step 4
Top with the chipotle sauce.
