Instructions

Step 1
Blend a quarter cup of the TVP
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together adding a little more water if needed. You need a wet, slightly loose mixture.
Step 3
Set it aside to hydrate for half an hour
Step 4
Make 4 patties. Brush the tops with refined coconut oil and microwave the patties for 30-45 seconds
Step 5
Allow them to cool down for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Step 6
Season your burger patties as you like, with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Press on the seasoning.
Step 7
Cook in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes each side, starting with the oiled side.
