Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Used ground turkey and made it stove top. Quick, easy and delicious.

This recipe could also be done on the stove top if you don't have time for the slow cook. After browning the patties, pour gravy mixture on top, reduce heat to medium low, and cover. Simmer for about 15 mins and check for desired degrees of doneness. Serve with garden salad and garlic mashed potatoes.

I’m not a big fan of ground beef, but I liked this one. I will be making this again.
