Instructions
Step 1
Dice the pepper and onion, set aside
Step 2
Cube the potatoes and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, and parsley. Air fry for 20 minutes at 180°C
Step 3
Heat a frying pan on a high heat with oil. Season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Fry in pan for 1.5 minutes on each side. Remove, and leave to cool on the side
Step 4
In a small saucepan on low heat, add garlic puree, cream, and parsley. After a couple of minutes stir in the cream cheese and cook on a low heat, stirring, until melted
Step 5
Add the diced pepper and onion to the frying pan with the worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes
