This recipe makes an eight inch pan of soft and chewy Chocolate Brownies. When the need arises, you can double the recipe to make a bigger pan. These soft and chewy brownies are so easy to make you don’t even need a mixer. You can mix with a whisk just until the ingredients are incorporated. For an extra chocolate flavor, you can add chocolate chips into the mix before baking. The hardest part will be waiting the 20-25 minutes it will take for this deliciousness to come out of the oven.
