Instructions
Step 1
Combine chicken, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and flour. Toss to evenly coat

In a separate bowl, hisk together remaining soy sauce, ginger, garlic, orange zest, orange juice, hoisin sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes and sesame oil
Step 3
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken in an even layer and cook, stirring, until browned all over.
Step 4
Pour sauce mixture over chicken and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and chicken is coated.
Step 5
Serve over cooked rice
